Top quality these boys. Reasonably priced and much better customer service than the chain bike shops. Squeezed me in last minute and got me straight back on the road. Would recommend to all cyclist, certainly be using again. Well deserved praised. Cheers lads.
My bike was a mess, clicking, squeaking and awful. I tried for months to sweeten things up but just couldn't sort it. The guys at Bike Rehab totally transformed it and made my old self build ride like a brand new bike. It is silent, squeak free, with crisp precise gear changes and a beautifully smooth drive train. The cost was very reasonable and turnaround was quick. Book early to avoid disappointment, I was two weeks getting an appointment. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely delighted with the work done.

I would strongly recommend you go and talk to these guys. I always struggled to find a workshop [other than the one that made my bikes in the first place] that I could trust for everyday maintenance. After some bad experiences with the more 'commercial' and retail-based shops in Sheffield, I was recommended by friends at university to talk to these guys. I brought my bike down for some ordinary maintenance, and in a few minutes it was clear that they knew and loved what they were doing. Hardly ever seen more committed and knowledgable and friendly mechanics/riders. They were not only able to fix my bike's problems in a few minutes, but we also started chatting about riding in the Peaks, and the best trails to take, and what to avoid. Haven't gone anywhere else since. They can provide you with a fast service at a incredibly fair price, regardless of what bike you are riding, and issue. Not only this, but they can also help you getting your hands on [pretty much] any piece of kit you are after, for its actual cost or little more, or even better they can build it for you. Thank you Cycles in Motion!

I went to the branch at the Railway Station; the service was fantastic and friendly - I rang first to enquire if they could help with a small repair, the response was yes and they dealt with the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable price - so I was back on my bike the next day. Having been a regular cyclist for over 40 years this place stands out from the crowd and I will definitely be going back.
Russell was extremely welcoming and tolerant of a beginner cyclists buying his first bike in the UK. He explained the different types of bikes and I took a ride on multiple bikes for testing. He also explained cycling rules and tips and shared his do's and don'ts generously. I had a lovely time buying my bike (second-hand, for new bikes see the other Russell's shop) and an unforgettable experience. Thanks Russell.

Popped in on Sunday for a look around to be greeted by a very young but knowledgeable Henry, my partner received excellent advice & service from Henry which resulted in him buying a bike there & then. I would highly recommend JE James as a first port of call and would be shocked if you tried anywhere else after! Definitely deserving of the 5 star rating!!
Excellent selection of electric bikes, and plenty of knowledgeable, helpful advice provided by Jamie. Very happy with my new bike, which can pretty much scale cliffs!
